Across 12 sessions over 6 months, we will discover who you really are as a leader, what drives you, how you make decisions, what you believe in and what is important to you. We will unlock the inner awareness, relational patterns and mental models that will unlock the outer competency.

Starting with the outcomes of a Team Diagnostic tool, we aim to create collective shifts in behaviour by taking the conversation to the heart of what is happening between you all. This can be the entire team or the leadership team only.
