Growth

Coaching will seek to balance your approach when dealing with constant crisis and change, so the process of building your organisation becomes smoother and more enjoyable. Areas our leadership coaching will help you:

  • Development as a resilient and supportive leader and building trust through emotional intelligence, ensuring you are effectively investing in your own learning as a leader and manager;
  • Development as an inspirational leader: Obtain true clarity of your purpose, vision, values, and strengths. Outwardly facing, this is central to your organisation’s brand, sales, marketing and customer service; Inwardly facing, this is essential for staff motivation and commitment. For you, this is essential for your authenticity, alignment and wellbeing;
  • [Self] Management / Mindset– maintaining a growth mindset, developing the habits to prioritise, set your own goals, and manage your time effectively; effective communication; positive relationships. Break through limiting beliefs and trust in yourself;
  • We can also work on optimizing key systems and resources, including people and hiring – if you are an entrepreneur, HR is often the last department to be manned so you are the HR team! We can work on understanding what really drives those you are interviewing, understanding roles, relationships and skills gaps – find and attract the key people you need to grow your organisation the right way.

Stagnation

3 - 6 month Growth Coaching

Tackling any of the situations above, coaching will consist of a minimum of 6 sessions to ensure an effective intervention. The coaching will be spread out with 2-3 weeks between sessions to allow time to work on what we have discussed and allow reflection on learning ahead of the next session.

Unlimited access to coaching support with David on-call within reasonable periods of warning (24 hours) for agreed periods.
