High Performance Coaching for Leaders - Transforming You and Your Workplace

I create powerful transformations in business owners, leaders and ambitious future leaders. Leadership is not a practical skill like management, it is about character, style, vision, values and beliefs. It is a way of being. It is also about more than leading and managing teams, it is about actively participating in the creation of new possibilities and realities in human society. When we strive to deepen our understanding of ourselves and our relationships, we grow as leaders and develop our capacity to effect change.

Whether you are a manager fighting self-doubt, a founder shifting into a more management heavy role, or if you have taken on a new role of responsibility, cracks in your confidence and clarity can harm relationships, your performance and the trust and confidence of your team.

What I am offering to help build your leadership capacity:

  • An alliance for success and impact: Leading and building a business should not be a lonely and stressful task! We will form an alliance and enter a co-creative journey together, focussed on your success and the success of your organisation.
  • Confident leadership – This is about building the courage you need as an Leader of a purposeful organisation. Empowering you with the self-belief and confidence to call others into action. Mission-focussed, you will build powerful relationships, inspire, influence and build momentum. It is time to get clear on the beliefs that will empower you and let go of the ones that drive imposter syndrome and hold you back.
  • Purpose-lead organisations: Armed with clarity in your vision for change and a clearly defined sense of purpose, we will explore how to turn that into a well organised, values-lead organisation on a shared mission to change the world. We will prioritise developing people and relationships, an area which leaders often avoid until performance is damaged. This is about alignment and coherence in a collaborative culture. It is about continuous improvement, being customer and community focussed and much more.
  • Paying it forward: The work we do on yourself as a leader will radiate out to others, who will become empowered by you and the work you do together, in turn becoming role models within your team and in the community.
  • Community: I can also connect you to the communities and other support services that exist around you. E.g. start-up ecosystem services
  • Strategy tools to self–assess: Going forward we will provide you with tools to assess the performance of you and your business at each stage through its development. When you have problems in your business, against what do you assess yourself, your team and your business performance? Learn the right metrics to manage, and how to turn the mirror on the behaviours that drive those numbers in the wrong direction.

Leadership Coaching

Across a minimum of 6 sessions over 3/4 months, we will focus you on the pillars of self-mastery and success.  We will explore and raise your standards, refine your art, discover how to build and create empowering beliefs and relationships to break free of self-doubt and lead on a foundation of resilience. We will discover who you really are as a leader and take you and your business to the next level of performance.

The coaching will be spread out with 2-3 weeks between sessions to allow time to work on actions agreed.
